Introduction to Aikido

For people who are interested in joining a class or like to have a look at practise , the Thursday training time at 6.00 pm would be suitable. If you like to try, please wear loose, comfortable clothing, remove all jewelry and wear some shoes from the change room to the training location (designated shelfs for shoes are provided). Some more information on the etiquette in our training environment is available here. Please note that the club requires new students to watch a class first before joining practise.
